Bells Across PA Community Meeting

  • Glen Foerd 5001 Grant Avenue Philadelphia, PA, 19114 United States (map)

Join us for a community meeting to help shape the design of one of the 22 large replica Liberty Bells that will be installed across Philadelphia as part of a statewide America250PA program celebrating the nation’s 250th anniversary.

Philadelphia’s Bells will represent 20% of all Bells across Pennsylvania, and each one will reflect the unique character of its neighborhood. Your voice matters—artists will draw inspiration directly from community conversations to create vibrant designs that tell your neighborhood’s story.

Come share your ideas, local history, and vision for what your Bell should represent. Together, we’ll create artwork that celebrates our past, present, and future as part of Philadelphia250.

About the project:
Mural Arts Philadelphia and Philadelphia250 are partnering to bring this project to life—selecting artists, connecting them with communities, and overseeing the design and painting process. Once complete, the Bells will form a citywide treasure map of art and history along commercial corridors and public spaces.

No registration is required.
